Advocates United for Humanity:
Donna Kshir and her best friend, sister advocate, editor and co-writer Lee Roberts founded Advocates United for Humanity on June 8, 2016. These two amazing women meant in early 2009 while volunteering with Michigan nonprofit organization Dreamcatchers for Abused Children. Ms. Kshir and Ms. Roberts were child advocates, radio talk show hosts and Talk Radio Producers. The duo was selected to attend the Paso Robles Digital Film Festival in November 2009. Both made an impact on festival producer Mr. Benford Standley. They remain close friends, today. Ms. Kshir served as president from April 2008 and left Dreamcatchers in February 2015. She and Roberts later drafted the concept of organizing a nonprofit organization, but it wasn't until one year later the duo put their plan into action.
